DAY 1 Departure City - Lhasa

Itinerary:
Arrive at Lhasa Gonggar Airport by plane from various locations. After meeting the tour group, proceed to the hotel for rest.
Lhasa, meaning "Holy Land" or "Buddha's Land" in Tibetan, is considered the holy city by Tibetans and a paradise for travelers.
With an altitude of 3,650 meters, most visitors may experience normal high-altitude reactions.
It is recommended to drink plenty of water, eat more fruits, rest adequately, and avoid alcohol, smoking, strenuous activities, and bathing.
Visitors are advised to bring relevant medications in advance.

DAY 2 Lhasa - Basongcuo - Nyingchi


Itinerary:
After breakfast, take a vehicle along the Nyang River National Wetland Park, where you can admire the blooming peach blossoms along the riverbanks.
Then, proceed to Basongcuo, known in Tibetan as "green water." Basongcuo is 18 kilometers long, with a lake area of about 27 square kilometers and a maximum depth of 120 meters.
The lake surface is at an altitude of 3,480 meters. Located in a deep valley 36 kilometers upstream from Baxoi Town in Gongbujiangda County, it is a sacred lake and site of the Red Sect of Tibetan Buddhism.
Basongcuo was awarded the title of National Forest Park in 2001 and was listed as a world tourist attraction by the World Tourism Organization.
After the visit, take a vehicle to the hotel in Nyingchi City for check-in.

DAY 3 Nyingchi - Yani Wetland - Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon - Nyingchi


Itinerary:
After breakfast, travel to the confluence of the Yani Wetland Park, where the Nyang River meets the Yarlung Tsangpo River. The clear and muddy waters form a distinct boundary.
Then, head to the Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon, where the blue sky, white clouds, snow-capped mountains, peach blossoms, villages, and clear river waters create a picturesque scene.
Along the way, you will see the thousand-meter-long Buddha's Palm Sand Dune and the ancient pine tree welcoming visitors. Upon arrival in Pai Town, transfer to a scenic area sightseeing vehicle for the tour.
Visit the Dabuka Ancient Castle Ruins and admire the "Love as Strong as Stone" landscape, where a peach tree grows tenaciously from a boulder.
Against the backdrop of snow-capped mountains, the blossoming peach tree is particularly charming. Visitors can make wishes or place prayer stones for love blessings.
Listen to the roar of the Yarlung Tsangpo Canyon at the waterside platform and enjoy the view of the canyon's villages with blooming peach blossoms and the nearly 5,000-meter vertical drop of Mount Namcha Barwa from the viewing platform.
After the tour, return to the hotel in Nyingchi City for rest.

DAY 4 Nyingchi - Kadingshong Waterfall / Peach Blossom Village - Tibetan Family Visit - Lhasa


Itinerary:
After breakfast, choose to visit Kadingshong Waterfall or Peach Blossom Village depending on the blooming situation of the peach blossoms.
Kadingshong is located 24 kilometers from Bayi Town at an altitude of 2,980 meters, along the Nyang River, a tributary of the Yarlung Tsangpo River.
With a humid climate, abundant rainfall, and dense forests, it is an ideal place for summer retreats.
After the visit, travel along the National Highway 318 to enjoy the scenery of the Nyang River Valley, passing by snow-capped peaks, primeval forests, lush meadows, and herds of cattle and sheep.
Then, visit a Tibetan village for a homestay experience, where you can taste butter tea and snacks and experience Tibetan culture.
Return to Lhasa along the "Tangbo Ancient Road," enjoying the beautiful scenery along the Lhasa-Nyingchi Expressway. Upon arrival in Lhasa, check into the hotel for rest.

DAY 5 Lhasa - Yamdrok Lake - Lhasa


Itinerary:
After breakfast, depart from Lhasa and travel along the mountain road to cross the Gangri La Mountain Pass at an altitude of 4,900 meters to arrive at Yamdrok Lake.
Known as "Swan Lake" in Tibetan, it is one of the three sacred lakes in Tibet. The lake is dotted with several small islands, and its azure waters and beautiful lake and mountain scenery are truly breathtaking.
After the visit, return to Lhasa and check into the hotel for rest.

DAY 6 Potala Palace - Jokhang Temple - Zhashi Lhunpo Monastery - Barkhor Street - Yamdrok Lake Viewpoint


Itinerary:
After breakfast, visit the ancient palace complex of the Potala Palace according to the scheduled visit time. Built in the 7th century AD, it has 13 stories and is approximately 119 meters high.
Since the 5th Dalai Lama, it has been the political and religious center of Tibet. The Potala Palace is divided into two main parts: the White Palace (residence of the Dalai Lamas) and the Red Palace (mausoleum of the Dalai Lamas and various temples).
It houses the golden stupas of the successive Dalai Lamas and a wealth of precious murals, thangkas, and Buddha statues, representing the essence of Tibetan culture.

DAY 7 Lhasa - Departure City

Departure: Transfer to the airport according to the flight schedule to conclude this delightful Tibet tour.
